Death of the biggest man in the world

 Andres Moreno Sepulveda, 38, died. The Mexican, who had gone from 450 kilos to 320 kilos for surgery, died Friday of a heart attack while he was en route to the hospital. He had already survived two attacks.

He had lost weight to be a candidate for gastric surgery ranging allow it to pass under the 100 kilos bar.

He was known to be the biggest man in the world. He was also entered in the Guinness Book of Records in 2006, he weighed 560 kilos. Another Mexican Manuel Uribe, had reached up to 560 kilos in 2006, too. He died last year at age 48 of a heart arrhythmia. He weighed 393 kilos.
