A former principal of Japanese College was sentenced Friday to Japan two years suspended sentence for taking photos and coined sex with at least three minors, from a total of 12,000 women, during numerous visits to the Philippines .
Man, Yuhei Takashima (65), was arrested in April after a complaint from a 13 year old girl victim of his actions.
The stay match her worth for a term of four years.
His sentence is especially motivated by the fact that Japanese "took pictures of his lewd acts with three girls aged 12-14 years" at a hotel in the Philippines there are about two years, according to an extract from the judgment reported by the Jiji news agency.
"It is appalling and vicious," the judge ruled Naoko Omori who felt that Mr. Takashima "had abused the fragile economic situation of girls," according to Jiji.
"As a teacher, he should have known in the Philippines as in Japan, children must be protected," she was annoyed.
The sexagenarian had told police he started paying for sex when he was sent for three years in a Japanese school in Manila in 1988, according to Jiji.
Thereafter, he continued at the rate of three trips a year to the Philippines, thus combining a total of 65 visits.
Meanwhile, it would have had sex with some 12,600 women aged 12 to about 70 years.
Mr. Takashima has carefully classified almost 150,000 photographs of prey over a period of 27 years in about 400 albums, media reports said.
The media state that the perpetrator told the court "have the habit of collecting things" and wanted to "keep memories".
In addition to the sale and distribution, Japanese law, amended in 2014, also now punishes the mere possession of photographs and video child pornography. Drawings or computer graphics, however, are tolerated.
